Rome, January 16, 2021 – Two people have been arrested at Frankfurt airport, and a suspicious luggage in a terminal was made to shine by bomb squads. The fear at the German port had begun with the hasty evacuation of all travelers. The authorities and the airport management invited everyone to leave the airport following an unclear one police operation.
On social media, videos have helped raise concern. In one video, an officer points a gun at someone on the ground. From what has been learned, the facts took place at Terminal 1 of the German hub. According to the Dpa agency, everything would have arisen from discovery of a suitcase without owner, later proved harmless. Meanwhile, according to the local press, the police are looking for a third person in relation to the suspicious luggage.
On the Twitter account of the German airport the notice: “Passengers are asked to follow the instructions of the security staff on site”. The airport train station was closed and all flights were blocked, it was reported.
