Four of the seven Top 14 meetings postponed for cases of Covid-19 in the workforce will take place on the weekend of November 21, during which the championship should have taken a break.
Chosen in priority in chronological order, Stade Français – Bordeaux-Bègles (1st day), La Rochelle – Racing 92 (3rd), Montpellier – Castres (3rd) and Bayonne – Toulon (7th) will take place the same weekend as the meeting Scotland – France in Edinburgh, counting for the 2nd day of the Nations Cup.
Three more meetings to be rescheduled, including Lyon – Montpellier
The detailed programming has not yet been decided by the LNR.
The Castres – Brive, UBB – Clermont (4th day) and Lyon – Montpellier (7th) matches, also postponed for more than three cases of Covid-19 in one week at one of the two clubs involved, as well as Racing – Toulon, postponed due to the participation of the two clubs in the finals of the European Cups, still have to find a date in a very busy calendar at this stage.
