Accused of raping his wife and a little girl
From this morning, a 30-year-old Drouais, presumed innocent, is on trial for the rape of his wife
. According to the elements of the investigation, it was he who phoned the Dreux police station on March 11, 2019, to accuse himself of having sexually abused his wife, when she would have expressed her disagreement.
One of the couple’s friends also filed a complaint against him for the rape of his daughter, then 4 years old. The rape allegedly took place a few months before March 11, 2019, while the accused was looking after the child. Since then, and throughout the investigation, the thirty-something would have reconsidered his statements and today deny the rapes, both on his wife and on the little girl. His trial will last three days.
The deliberation should be delivered Thursday evening. A closed session could be ordered.
An educator suspected of rape
From Friday until Tuesday, June 22, Claude Huet, an educator of an association for the disabled, aged 60 and presumed innocent, will be tried for rape. He is accused of having abused vulnerable people in early 2017 in Châteaudun. The closed session could also be ordered.
One accused, but little evidence
Who killed Mehdi Karkas, in Dreux, on the evening of May 28, 2017? The 25-year-old was shot dead while riding a scooter. A lengthy investigation has led to the arrest of Yassine el Morabet, 25, who was rumored to be the perpetrator of the murder.

Although, according to the elements of the investigation, many elements seem to support the hypothesis that the accused, presumed innocent, is involved in this case, no formal evidence indicates him. In his defense, the accused appealed to two tenors of the Paris bar: Me Philippe Van der Meulen and Me Antoine Vey, the former partner of Eric Dupond-Moretti, the current Keeper of the Seals. The trial will be held from Wednesday June 23 to Friday June 25.
Who killed the father of the family?

From Monday June 28, Donyazad Guerfi, 51, and Inès Guerfi, 24, presumed innocent, will be tried for the murder of Mano Guerfi, 54. This man, the husband of the first and the father of the second, was stabbed to death at the family home in Saint-Rémy-sur-Avre on January 7, 2018.
Three months in prison for harassment of an apprentice
According to the investigation, the girl, then 21, accused herself of the murder, before retracting, after her mother did the same. The eldest son of the family, Abdsalem Guerfi, also presumed innocent, will also be tried. He is suspected of having altered the crime scene.
