Four-day work by PwC Greece for the new auditors – 2024-04-16 07:25:51

PwC Greece has announced the establishment of four days of work, during the training period (July-December) of each year, with full remuneration, for new auditors who are simultaneously studying to obtain their mandatory professional certification.

32 hours of work per week

The application of the 32-hour work week program concerns the semester between July and December of each year, without any change in the monthly income or work privileges of the beneficiaries. It is accompanied by an already competitive remuneration and benefits package, as the company notes in its announcement.
Through this initiative, PwC Greece offers young auditors the opportunity to manage their work obligations with more flexibility, while at the same time focusing on obtaining an extremely important certification for their future professional development.

The focus is on the well-being of the employees

It should be noted that the four-day work initiative is in line with the new working model already established by PwC Greece. In this context, initiatives such as hybrid work, the creation of satellite offices throughout Greece, the modern workplaces that will soon be launched in Athens and are designed with a focus on cooperation and the well-being of employees, continuous training, but also adopting policies that promote diversity and inclusion;

“Innovative working models”

Maria Filippou, Human Capital Partner, of PwC Greece emphasized: “We want to create new data more broadly for the industry.
