The apology was not only published through Blibli’s social media on June 26, 2021. The apology was even delivered directly by Blibli’s International Brand Ambassador, Park Seo Jun. What happened to Blibli until the world famous actor finally intervened?

“There are a number of things that we cannot provide to our customers or our customers seller, and this has been going on for years so we finally decided to make an official apology,” said Hendry, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Blibli.

Oh yes, interestingly, used products can still be accepted at Blibli, especially for customers who want to trade in new items with their old ones. And if the goods purchased do not match or are proven to be fake, you can exchanged within 15 days of receiving the product, free of charge.
