Four vehicles were destroyed by three separate fires in Grenoble and Fontaine, on the night of Wednesday to Thursday.
Around 11 p.m. first, a Mercedes class B parked rue Léo-Lagrange, in Grenoble, was set on fire. Firefighters extinguished the blaze and the police made the findings.
At 2:30 a.m., a Renault Clio and a Volkswagen Passat were in turn destroyed by fire on Avenue du Grand-Châtelet, still in Grenoble.

Finally, the same night, a car whose make and model could not be identified was set on fire around 12:45 a.m., rue Jules-Guesde, in Fontaine. Firefighters extinguished the blaze and the police made the findings.
