The current free to play model works thanks to the players’ interest in battle pass and cosmetic accessories, especially in the form of character skins and weapons. In the future, however, Fortnite could also offer a monthly subscription, which people from Epic Games ask selected players in questionnaires. An insider with the nickname FireMonkey informs about them on his Twitter and provides details about the prize and the rewards that players would receive after paying the subscription.

Therefore, the information applies that Epic Games not only ask how willing players would agree to the form of a monthly subscription, but also let you select individual items that should be included in the subscription, along with the possible price for the selected package. The subscription can include, for example, a discount on the game currency, a special skin for the character, earlier access to the upcoming battle pass, the current battle pass or speeding up its fulfillment. Subsequently, players have to determine how much they would pay for the amount selected above, and in some premium levels, there is talk of a price of $ 19, which in conversion corresponds to approximately 420 crowns. In that case, it would be a package called Crew Ninja, but there are others, such as Ghost Rider.

The question also remains how the situation would be resolved if a new battle pass were not available for the next month, but the rewards can be flexible after the plan has been finalized and rotated as needed.

As FireMonkey further states, the most probable form of rewards within the subscription would be the already mentioned access to the battle pass, the selected skin for the character and 1000 tokens of the game currency, corresponding to the value of 180 crowns. Some discussants are satisfied with this idea and themselves comment in the comments that they would be willing to give such money for the game every month. Others, however, aptly point out that although the value of the items included would correspond to a monthly fee, there is not much to buy for 1000 V-Bucks in the game.
