Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius believes that the Russian Federation takes seriously only the military support of Ukraine by its partners. The diplomat said this on Monday, April 12 on his page in Twitter.
As an example, he cited the actions of Turkey, which supplies Ukraine with weapons, and the United States, which sent warships to the Black Sea.
“Tangible arguments on land and at sea are the only language the Kremlin understands that promotes de-escalation,” the Lithuanian diplomat wrote.
President Vladimir Zelensky said Ukraine is ready for Russia’s invasion.
As a reminder, the special OSCE meeting, which took place on Saturday, was initiated by Kiev in order to obtain clarifications from Russia about the buildup of troops near the borders of Ukraine and in the annexed Crimea. but Russia ignored the meeting… The US mission to the OSCE expressed regret over such a decision by the Kremlin.
