Moscow claims that citizens of several foreign countries helped prepare for the attack.

Rusatev explained that all those interested in this conflict know that there are already very serious contradictions in the direction of the state Russia.
“There is an extremist group that insists on more radical actions, and this thing does not escape the attention of NATO and the countries that support Ukraine. In my opinion, there is information that huge funds are spent on bribing the Russian military and special services in order to sabotage the whole process from within, “he added.
