Eurovision.tv produces a detailed overview of voting behavior per country every year. We learn from this that in the final on Saturday evening, Belgium mainly received points from Lithuania – already a big fan of the act Hooverphonic in the semi-final. The televoters gave the band 2 points (in total we got 3, thanks to an extra point from Ukraine), from the Lithuanian jury we got 7 points, the maximum that Hooverphonic achieved.

But of course the Belgians themselves also voted. The televoters were mainly fans of France, which received 12 points from our country. Ukraine follows in second place, with 10 points. Then we find Eurovision winner Italy, with 8 points. In any case, the professional jury had a different opinion. They gave Switzerland 12 points – for a long time in the lead. 10 points went to Ukraine, 8 to Finland.
