The Food Mission through Mercal, distributed more than 30 tons of food to meet 66 health centers in the state Carabobo.
Mercal state head, Marcos Campos, explained that they were treated in June 66 health centers in Carabobo, of which 48 are CDI Comprehensive Diagnosis Centers, 9 Hospitals and 9 of the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security.
“We are permanently working with the Popular power organized and regional and municipal authorities in Carabobo, to guarantee food security ”, emphasized Campos.
Meanwhile, Cecilia Lugo, municipal health spokesperson for the San Diego municipality, thanked the Bolivarian Government for food delivery.
“To our constitutional president, Nicolás Maduro, who despite the difficulties and the situation of blockade that we live in in our country, here are the institutions giving a response, guaranteeing the conditions so that our people are served in times of crisis.”
