Just as the middle school children of a school group in Ancona started to feel bad: nausea, cramps, vomiting and in some cases dysentery the reported symptoms. Some of them had actually started to feel ill on Monday afternoon. And according to rumors circulating yesterday in the hotel someone would have arrived already with an obvious symptomatology.

It was 9.30 when, however, the phenomenon accelerated sharply. Seen the previous one the alarm went off immediately: the carabinieri of the Cles company, the health workers of 118, the carabinieri del Nas have arrived on the spot. “This time, however – the hotel managed by the Mora family explain – the sanitary workers avoided the mistake they made last time: the boys were placed in separate rooms in order to avoid contagion. The numbers yesterday were more contained: in the evening there were 43 cases, 31 Italians (including 30 middle school students and a teacher) and 12 Scots aged 16-17, increasing. The symptoms in this case have been more contained than last time. Only 2 guests had to resort to the care of the Cles hospital but they are in good condition. The Scots will stay until Sunday, the Italians leave today (someone has already been recovered from their parents).

But How is it possible that the same hotel was the scene of two such powerful viral infections? The bad luck? Also yesterday, the Nas carabinieri carried out coprocultures (samples on the feces) and took samples of water and food consumed by the children, then sent to the zooprophylactic institute of the Venice. And they alerted the Prosecutor, who is still waiting for the results of the exams to take any action. Although after the ailments of 15 days ago the environments had been cleaned up among the unlikely hypotheses, but not to be excluded, there is also that some traces remain. Or that virus contamination you also pass by food: a buffet, for example, hosts many hands that if not carefully cleaned can become deadly vehicles. No track is therefore excluded, even if that of the virus seems, in light of the very first results of the analyzes, the most realistic. The mayor Andrea Lazzaroni was also on the spot: «It is bad to see the children feeling bad, but the situation is under control.
