Five year old boy victim of sudden death at home in Vila Nova de Famalicão – Portugal

A five-year-old boy was the victim of sudden death at home in the parish of Mogege, in Vila Nova de Famalicão.

The alert was given at 1:30 pm.

The VMER team from Famalicao and the volunteer firefighters from Famalicao went to the scene, but there was nothing to be done and death was declared.

The circumstances of the death are yet to be ascertained.

INEM’s psychological staff were activated to support the boy’s family.
