Juarez City.- The administrative and medical staff of the Specialties Medical Center met today with the mother of the little Iliana Estefanía Barraza Martínez, just 5 years old, who was attacked by a dog last Wednesday and decided to forgive the entire hospital bill, gave get to know the medical institution through a publication on social networks.
