Following the evidence provided in a criminal file investigated by the police of the Criminal Investigation Service, under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bistrita-Năsăud court, the detention of four men, under investigation for committing the crime of disturbing order and peace, was initially ordained public, he informs the county police inspectorate.
In fact, on the morning of November 6, police and gendarmes intervened in a scandal, notified via 112, produced in a restaurant in Bistrita. Police officers from the Bistrita municipal police identified four men aged between 19 and 39 from Bistrita, a 21-year-old man from Șintereag and a 32-year-old woman from Bistrita, who started a fight.
On 8 November, following the administration of the evidence, the investigations into the commission of the crime of disturbing public order and peace, a crime envisaged by art. 371 cp.
On 9 November, police officers from the Criminal Investigation Service interrogated four of the targeted individuals, who were subsequently detained for 24 hours.
The four men are in the custody of the Bistrita-Năsăud County Police Inspectorate, to be presented at the prosecutor’s office attached to the Bistrița-Năsăud Court, in order to order preventive measures.
At the same time, an arrest warrant was issued in the name of a 39-year-old man from Bistrita, who escaped the investigation. He was spotted in the range of Cluj-Napoca. On 10 November he was detained for 24 hours by the police of the Bistrita-Năsăud Criminal Investigation Service, under investigation for disturbing public order and peace.
