Kuwait City: Within hours of giving birth, a woman threw her bleeding baby down the window from the second floor of her house and killed her. The incident in Kuwait has been reported by local media citing security sources. According to the report published by the Arab Times, the brutal crime was committed by a Filipino woman working as a domestic worker in the house of a Kuwaiti citizen.
The house owner and his wife went out and came back and did not find the maid. They called out to them living on the second floor of the house, but when they did not get any response, the two went upstairs and searched. But beyond the closed door, both of them could hear the cry of a baby. The panicked landlord and his wife forced open the door and entered. Blood stuck to the body and the room of the maid who was crying and weak. But the baby could not be seen anywhere in the room.
When the owner of the house looked out the window of the room was open, he saw the body of the bloody baby lying in the yard. The police and ambulance were informed immediately. Authorities reached the spot and shifted the woman to the hospital. The baby was pronounced dead by paramedics. A case has been registered in the incident. Police investigation is in progress.
