Are the CAF Champions League semi-final and final matches to take place in Cameroon, or will the CAF decide to transfer them to another country?
This is the question that occupies the soccer center in the African continent during the past few hours after the Confederation of African Football officially announced the date of the remaining matches of the club tournaments in the continent.
An official source within the Cameroon Football Association told FilGoal.com: “So far, enough has not been reported to us to withdraw the Champions League final from our country.”
“The Cameroon government has not yet decided to host the African Champions League matches or not,” he said.
“Therefore, the decision of the African Union depends on the approval of the Cameroon government to host the remaining matches of the tournament.”
Before football activity ceased because of the spread of the Coruna virus, Cameroon was to host the African Champions League final, with the Confederation final to be held in Morocco.

The semi-final is to be played from one match, but without specifying the venue for the CAF Champions League matches.
In the past few days, there have been reports indicating Abu Dhabi’s desire to host the semi-final and final matches of the African Champions League.
Al-Ahly faces its Wydad counterpart in the Champions League semi-finals, while Zamalek meet Raja.
In the Confederation, Pyramids faces its Guinean counterpart, Horya Conakry. The winner will meet in the final against the qualifiers from the Renaissance Berkane Moroccan and Hassania Agadir.
