Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Acquisition of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk. (SUPR) by PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) has been completed since October 1, 2021. The jumbo acquisition valued at Rp. 16.72 trillion was then followed by a mandatory tender (tender offer) with a value of Rp. 1.06 trillion.
This means that with this acquisition, Protelindo, which is also part of the Djarum group through PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. (TOWR) – prepared Rp17.78 trillion.
“The value of the mandatory tender offer is a maximum of Rp. 1.063 trillion,” wrote Protelindo Management in a prospectus dated Thursday (25/11/2021).
Meanwhile, in the IDX’s disclosure of information, Protelindo stated that it has sufficient funds and is able to carry out its obligations to make full payments to entitled shareholders in connection with the tender offer.
“The source of funds used by the New Controller in the implementation of the Mandatory Tender Offer comes from financing with debt from banking institutions,” wrote Protelindo’s management.
