Figure skating swimming, world championship selection shot 1st place… 69.87 points

Yoo-young (17 years old, Surigo), the representative of Korean figure skating women’s singles, took first place in the short program in the World Championships’ representative selection.

Yoo-young was ranked first with 69.87 points in the women’s single short program at the 75th National Men’s and Women’s Figure Skating Competition held at the indoor ice rink in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi-do.

The skill score (TES) was 38.15 and the art score (PCS) was 31.72.

This competition will also serve as a national selection for the players who will be participating in the World Championships in Stockholm, Sweden starting on the 22nd of next month.

Lee Hae-in (15 years old, Hangang Middle School), who received 69.22 points, and Ye-rim Kim (18 years old, Suigo), who scored 68.87 points in third place.

The difference between the score of No. 1 Yooyoung and Lee Haein in the second is only 0.65 points, and the difference between the score of No. 3 and Kim Ye-rim is only 1 point, so there is no small possibility that the ranking will be reversed in free skating.

Up to the top two women’s singles in this tournament are entitled to the World Championships, and men’s singles are entitled to one entry.

Free skating, where the final ranking is hidden, will take place tomorrow at the same place.
