While the new US President Joseph Biden took his oath in Washington, DC on Wednesday, anti-fascists in Denver, Colorado made it clear that the fight is far from over for them. In front of the Capitol there (see picture) they protested peacefully for the equality of blacks, Latines and indigenous peoples as part of a “Colorado inauguration march”, as the daily newspaper said Denver Post reported online. Pictures on social media also showed a US flag being burned. Previously, according to media reports, a group of around 50 anti-fascists had moved from Cheesman Park to the Capitol in Denver to demonstrate against police violence, racism and the Democratic and Republican parties.
