Dr. Muhammad Sultan, Head of the Medical Committee of the Football Association, confirmed that Corona swabs showed 13 cases infected with Corona virus in the league so far.
Sultan said, “Corona sufferers in the league are stable and their symptoms are simple, and we are keen to follow them continuously.”
He continued: “We continue to conduct surveys during the next three days for clubs, and we are awaiting an appointment by Zamalek and Ismaili to conduct surveys for their players.”
He continued: “There is no objection to adopting the result of smears for the league players with a company that is not agreed upon by the Football Association.”
He explained that the first swipe is sufficient for the two players to practice the two exercises, but the second swipe is only certain and the teams can play after the first swipe.
He indicated that 24 matches before each match, his eye will be withdrawn with the referees and observers team, and we will try to show the result 6 hours before the match.
He stressed that the examination and obtaining the results takes some time, if the result does not appear on time in a sufficient time, it will not be held on time.
Sultan concluded his statements: “In the event of 5 positive cases appearing with one team, we will resort to postponing or canceling the match.”
