Komnas HAM has examined Inspector General Ferdy Sambo at Mako Brimob related to the death of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. Komnas HAM said Inspector General Ferdy Sambo claimed to be the main actor in the death of Joshua.
“There are several things that we got earlier, the first is the recognition of brother FS that he is the main actor in this incident,” said Komnas HAM Chairman Ahmad Taufan Damanik at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters, Depok, Friday (12/8/2022).
The examination is carried out in a special room. He said Sambo also admitted to making a shoot-out scenario.

“Secondly, he admits that from the start he was the one who took steps to fabricate, change, or disinformation several things so that in the early stages, for example, what was built, the incident was a shootout. But earlier he admitted it was his own design and he admitted he was guilty in the act of fabricating it,” he said.
Taufan said Sambo also apologized. He said Sambo claimed to be the most responsible.
“He ultimately admitted that he was most responsible for this incident,” he said.
For information, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo has been named a suspect in the alleged premeditated murder of Brigadier Joshua. Besides Ferdy Sambo, the National Police have also named three other suspects, namely Bharada Eliezer, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma’ruf.
