Father Heroically Saves Neighbor Children from Fire, Shot to Death in Brooklyn Weekend Tragedy

Lavel “Flip” Frasier, a father considered a hero for saving some neighbor children in a fire, was shot to death in a basement in Brooklyn (NYC) weekend.
