Two brothers shot dead
YOU. is suspected of the shooting on March 30. Then two brothers, aged 57 and 62, from Zwolle died. There were many people in the restaurant at the time of the shooting, including children.

The shooter fled, but reported to the police station in Deventer the same evening. De Stentor reports that the suspect would then have helped the police in searching for the murder weapon and his telephone. He had thrown it out of the car just outside Zwolle.
An introductory hearing about the double murder will be held in the court in Zwolle on Thursday 7 July. A heated conflict over a large money debt could possibly be the motive, various media reported earlier.
Remand extended
The suspect’s pre-trial detention was extended by 90 days in April. It is not yet known when the substantive hearing of the case will start.
