Apparently a couple of cousins were playing with a gun they had found when it apparently went off accidentally. According to preliminary information, the bullet embedded itself in the face of the 25-year-old who was just in front at the time of the accident.
It was known that the man fought for his life, as he managed to be taken to a medical center where, unfortunately, he could not stand due to the seriousness of his injuries and lost his life.

The events occurred in Cartagena, on 12th street in the Fredonia neighborhood on Saturday, January 14.
On the other hand, it should be noted that the subject who fired the weapon is a minor, only 15 years old. After the tragic moment, the young man ran and fled.
However, a few hours later he was located by the authorities. It should be noted that at the time of his arrest, the minor was still carrying the weapon.
“What we do is make the corresponding verification with the parents of this minor, they indicate that the young man apparently found the weapon and brought it into the house and that is where they enter to manipulate it recklessly without knowing the consequences,” said the Colonel Wilson Parada, Commander of the Cartagena Police.
For their part, the authorities carry out the respective investigations to determine if the child fired the weapon intentionally or if it was an accident.
