“Farid Bang, is Summer Cem still playing banger music?”

Last Friday the new single “Thanos” by Farid Bang was released. It revealed a few more names from the banger’s big diss list. However, the track also raises a few unanswered questions. Among other things, there is a line in the room against the 187 street gang, which caused an explosion. The banger alluded to the Hamburg crew subliminally, although the two sides actually get on well with each other.

The fans are also wondering what the following line is all about. Because relatively at the beginning of the track, the 34-year-old explains that his label Banger Musik will soon consist entirely of him. As everyone should know, the banger camp is known for its loyalty and persistence. In about 10 years since it was founded, only one rapper has broken up with the bangers.

It has therefore never happened before that Farid Bang is the only rapper at Banger Musik. The roster is also currently well filled: 18 Karat, Summer Cem, SIPO, Majoe and Jasko are under contract with Banger in addition to Farid Bang. Nevertheless, the man from Düsseldorf raps this line on “Thanos”:

“An endless war in sight, soon banger music will be just me (Yeah)
I’ll break up your label colleagues alone, so better not try it “

Summer Cem

So you almost inevitably come to the conclusion that the plan is to drop all artists from Banger Musik. In principle, that wouldn’t be unusual either. Summer Cem and 18 Karat even have their own labels on which they are pushing new artists. If they were to publish their music there too, they could get a higher percentage.

But this is not the case at the moment. Farid Bang has just announced that Summer Cem is still under contract with Banger Musik. And not only that. Summer Cem has reposted the story and even suggests an increase in the number of bangers. The line of the banger must have been meant differently.
