This is what we can say about Prime Minister Glavchev’s desire to release Kiril Vatev, who happily returned to the Ministry of Agriculture after the swearing in of the Cabinet. It seems that in the first days of his second appointment as minister, Kiril Vatev realized that he would not stay much longer, as he stopped his public appearances and left it to his deputies.
Shortly after the government’s press release on Vatev’s release, the 25 organizations that remained his opponents until the last sent a letter-declaration to Glavchev and Rumen Radev, in which they emphatically repeat their criticism of the minister. Thus, in practice, they gave a trump card in the hands of the caretaker prime minister to defend, if necessary, his decision.
Georgi Takhov – the previous director of the DFZ and previous director of the National Agency for Plovdiv, will be the acting minister, of course, if the president issues a decree for the appointment.
Later today, Dimitar Glavchev also signed an order for the appointment as Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Ivan Kapitanov – Deputy Director of the “Agriculture” Fund at the time the fund was managed by Vasil Grudev, and for the release of the two deputies, Alexander Yotsev and Georgi Toshev.

Vasil Grudev is expected to return to the position of director of the DFZ.
Minister Vatev remains bitter that he believed Dimitar Glavchev instead of resigning his position with dignity, as most of the ministers in the Denkov cabinet did. Now he leaves not alone, but released. There is a big difference between the two ways to leave the post. Right?
