Former Chairman of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Fahri Hamzah |, criticized 75 KPK employees who did not pass the national insight test (TWK) as a status transfer to the state civil apparatus (ASN). Fahri questioned why a new commotion occurred after they were declared ineligible.

Fahri assesses the polemic TWK should have ended. The transfer of the status of KPK employees as ASN, said Fahri, has also been carried out by other law enforcement agencies.
“Never mind, I think this is the final phase, so let This course will pass because the country must be consolidated. If not want to have ASN continue to want how? Judges, DPR, police, prosecutors are all ASN, but there are institutions that cannot use ASN. (Some say) oh it’s to be independent, if like that all make independent let’s go, police, prosecutors, BIN, make your own, won’t the republic mess up,” he said.
Fahri added that the revision of the KPK Law was also part of the integration of the KPK in the criminal justice system in Indonesia. He also criticized the Corruption Eradication Commission, which should have carried out the task of coordinating, instead of having a dispute with other institutions.
“So this is what the system wants to integrate, so the amendment to this law is an effort to integrate the KPK in the Indonesian criminal justice system and integrate the KPK in our government and state systems because so far it has been more like a wild ball, like NGOs, so we keep fighting with each other.
