Officials of the Special Actions Forces (FAES) Carabobo of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) managed to kill one of the members of the gang “Los Secuestradores del Valle” in San Joaquín.
The event occurred on the afternoon of this Tuesday, after a recent action by the gang, when the FAES began investigative work and a commission moved to the First Black Citadel in San Joaquín to find the subjects, where when sighting one of they and they called out to him, but he ignored it.
Wilber Rafael Torres Vizcaya, alias “El Guaro”, He attempted to flee while facing gunfire with officials and was seriously injured. He was transferred to a nearby healthcare center where he was pronounced dead minutes later.
At the time of the incident, “El Guaro” was carrying a Pietro Beretta pistol, model 18BB, which he used to confront the commission. And he was recently involved in a kidnapping in that municipality.
Torres Vizcaya had a police record for the crime of theft, drugs and resistance to authority.
