German billionaire Karl Reipen, who made a fortune selling canned coffee, announced that he is looking for 10 people who want to live with him in his 220-hectare farm located in New Zealand.

The man, who made the announcement in different local newspapers, said the place is “paradise.” He added that the only requirement to move in with him is that he be an adult and under 70 years old.

The property is in the state of Awakino, to the north of the country. The man says that the place is a “paradise” because it has views of the sea, cellar and stables for horses. There is also a river nearby and has activities in nature such as fishing, trekking, kayaking and even a vineyard.

“Now that everything is over, I would like to share paradise with nice people”, Reipen says in one of the ads that The Guardian newspaper collects.

It is estimated that the farm, valued at 5.67 million dollars, has an area of ​​220 hectares. In addition to the main dwelling, there are annexed dwellings in case a couple is found among those interested.
