“Russia will not withdraw from Ukraine”
Slowing ground gains, thousands of dead soldiers and intensified attacks on the infrastructure – Russia’s war against Ukraine is developing into a battle of attrition. The only thing that is certain is that Russian troops will not withdraw under Putin, says political scientist Thomas Jäger.
