Former Russian tennis player Alexander Bublik (50th in the ATP rankings), currently playing for Kazakhstan, will be remembered for a long time for his behavior during the duel against the Frenchman Grégoire Barrera at the tournament in Montpellier.
In front of the opponent’s six-point match point, the representative of Kazakhstan was unable to suppress his anger because of the approaching defeat and was greatly disgraced in front of the army of millions of tennis fans: in a malicious impulse, he smashed three rackets on the court in half a minute, causing a whistle and condemning shouts in the stands in his address .
