Ewa Farna she has never been one of those people who willingly share the details of their private life with the world. When the singer gave birth to a son in 2019, she decided to withdraw from the media and focus on motherhood, while still working on new musical material. And so, during the pandemic, Farna recorded two albums and started working on a documentary about her life.

Recently Ewa Farna however, it most often appears in the media due to its impressive metamorphosis. Thanks to the change in eating habits and regular walks with her son, the singer began to lose weight, a she willingly reported the next stages of the transformation on the web. Farna’s fans admit that they are very impressed with her new image and regularly shower her with compliments. The singer herself still remembers, however, that in the past she heard many unpleasant words about her figure.

On Wednesday, Ewa published on Instagram the announcement of the latest single “Body”. In a short recording, the singer decided to tell fans about the long way she had to go to start accepting her body. Farna did not hide that it was not easy for her to deal with unrefined comments about her own body.

It looks like two Polish trucks, a huge airship with eight beards, a thick Christmas bubble, fat like a pig – she enumerated the unpleasant words she heard about herself.

Then, Ewa shared the story of her personal struggles with Instagram observers. The singer admitted that in the face of painful comments seen in the media and on the web stress began to eat which resulted in extra pounds.

My body has had a difficult path mentally. Only after media cyberbullying did it take control emotional eating and subconsciously I began to take on a layer that was to protect the fragile inside from attack from the outside – she confessed.

However, Ewa assured that over time she learned to accept her own body.

Today I appreciate my body. I gained enormous admiration for him through my pregnancy, which also left marks on him. I am Eve and this is my body – we hear on the recording.
