If you are not a family living together, you can only gather up to 4 people at home.

There are very limited exceptions.
Families who are away from home for temporary local work or study, but live together on weekends or vacations, are considered family members with the same living space.
In addition, when caring for children, the elderly, or the disabled, etc. is required, 5 or more people may gather in situations where family members and acquaintances gather before the end of their life.
Except in these cases, if it is revealed that more than five people have gathered, a fine of not more than 100,000 won will be imposed.The government cannot impose a fine for each gathering at home.
This measure applies equally across the country to reduce confusion.
