Algeria, Australia, Georgia, Canada, Japan, Montenegro, Morocco, Tunisia, New Zealand, Rwanda, Thailand, South Korea, Serbia and Uruguay. These are the 14 countries to which the EU has agreed to open doors as of this Wednesday.
