Essential workers of the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA) must process a new circulation permit, between tomorrow and Tuesday, to be able to move from July 1, within the framework of the new phase of stricter isolation that begins that day to stop the spread of coronavirus.
As officially reported, workers who fulfill essential tasks and who have residence in the AMBA They will have time from 0 in the morning and until Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. to renew their respective CUHC (Unique Circulation Enabling Certificate).
The process can be done through the CuidAR app, available for devices with Android system or through the government page www.argentina.gob.ar/circular, following the steps indicated by the system.
Users will now be required to report the patent number of the vehicle they will be moving in during quarantine and / or the SUBE card they will use for public transportation, data that was previously optional.
Blessings see exactly, From Wednesday, July 1, all previously granted CUHCs will be removed and only three types of permits will be enabled:
- Essential activities, established in article 6 of DNU 297/2020, which must compulsorily record the SUBE or patent number.
- Activities authorized by the Ministry of Productive Development, such as industrial parks, export industries and continuous cycle, who must use their private means of transportation.
Among these latest permissions are: Fathers and mothers separated, people who need urgent procedures and emergencies, and those who provide assistance to relatives.
In all these cases, the authorization to circulate will be valid for 24 hours and it can be processed at most twice a week.
There will also be a circulation certificate for those who are undergoing prolonged treatment, who must attach supporting documentation.
On the other hand, the government stressed that all of them will be able to use public transport to get around, but for this They must enter the SUBE card number when processing the new certificate.
In this sense, the national authorities ratified that -from tomorrow- the limitations for the use of buses, subways and trains will come into force, which will be enabled only for the workers of the 24 essential activities and all the other exceptions mentioned above .
