A woman businessman from Jakarta with the initials NA (31) was arrested by the police after masterminding the kidnapping and robbery of the driver’s car taxi online in the city Makassar, South Sulawesi. The perpetrators were willing to spend Rp 70 million and ordered three of his staff to find the executor who would act in Makassar.
“So these 3 male staff are looking for people who are in Makassar to carry out actions (kidnapping and robbery),” said Head of Jatanras Makassar Police, Iptu Afhi Abrianto, to reporters, Sunday (29/8/2021).
The perpetrator then gave money worth Rp 10 million to each of his staff. The money is used as a reward to find people who are willing to commit crimes against the victim.
After the staff found three people who were willing to be the executor of the robbers in the city Makassar, The entrepreneur again disbursed Rp 40 million as work compensation for the staff. The total funds disbursed to smooth out the kidnapping and robbery by this female entrepreneur amounted to Rp. 70 million.
“So the main female perpetrator gave her staff Rp 10 million in wages and the other three people received Rp 10 million and they immediately coordinated with the people who were in Makassar who we arrested earlier who after receiving Rp 40 million to carry out the action,” Afhi explained. .
The police are still continuing to carry out in-depth investigations into the four perpetrators who were arrested from Jakarta and three executioners in Makassar who have been arrested. The police are also still digging and interrogating the female perpetrator who had the heart to plan a cruel act against the victim until she was exiled to the border of Gorontalo Province.
“We can’t convey the motive yet because we have just secured it, now we are still asking for information about the perpetrators,” he said.
