Within a Pôle Emploi agency, you will have to:
• Welcome, inform and guide the job seeker
• Inform, in a personalized way, the job seeker about the service offer of Pôle emploi, the labor market, employment aid, training systems and digital services
• Encourage job seekers to return to work by providing advice and sharing a diagnosis of the situation with a view to proposing solutions
• Support job search by providing professional development advice (from diagnosis to construction of the action plan)
• Organize and lead collective actions (in agencies, at fairs and forums and/or online)
