Emily Blunt (40) and Selena Gomez (31) take it with humor! Most recently, a very special skill caused viral drama for both the actress and the singer. Both women were lip-read at the Golden Globes about what they supposedly said to their counterparts: While Selena is said to have gossiped about Kylie Jenner (26), Emily is said to have talked to her husband John Krasinski (44) about a divorce. At the AFI Awards, the two united in the fight against lip reading!
“We will not speak,” Selena writes to one Photo of the event, which she shared on Instagram. In it she stands next to her fellow actress, both of them staring straight into the camera and each covering their mouth with one hand. Apparently the friends can only laugh at the rumors about lip reading – and neither of them wants to get themselves into any awkward situations at this event.
Selena has already made it clear that the lip readers misinterpreted her conversation with Taylor Swift (34). “I told Taylor about two of my friends who were hooking up,” she pointed out. There shouldn’t be anything at all to Emily’s marital problems either. “They are absolutely not talking about divorce. They think the rumors are funny and ridiculous,” an insider tells Us Weekly.
