Different measures introduced by Relaunch Decree to deal with the crisis caused by Covid-19 pandemic, some already available others ready to debut.
Among the most anticipated the new ones eco-incentives car and motorcycle that will start from first of August. There is still no ministerial decree, which, given the imminent time limit, should arrive ad horas.
Triple the track on which the government has moved: strengthening eco-incentives for the purchase of electric or hybrid vehicles, which can reach € 10,000 in the event of the contextual scrapping of the old car; new facilitation for the purchase of Euro 6 cars; enhancement of incentives for the purchase of motorcycles, which rise to 4 thousand euros if accompanied by scrapping.
As reported by the PMI.it portal in an article by Barbara Weis, the incentive measure it depends on the emissions, as well as the eventual and contextual scrapping of a vehicle registered before January 1st 2010 and which is at least ten years old. The contribution is also conditioned by the choice of the concessionaire to apply the additional 2 thousand euro discount on the purchase.
- Cars with CO2 emissions from 0 to 20 and a maximum price of 50 thousand euros: contribution of 2 thousand euros with scrapping or a thousand euros without scrapping. It adds up to the discount applied by the dealer (2 thousand euros with scrapping or one thousand euros without scrapping) and the previous incentive of 6 thousand euros with scrapping or 4 thousand without scrapping. Total: 10 thousand euros with scrapping, 6 thousand euros without scrapping
- Cars with CO2 emissions from 21 to 60 g / km and a maximum price of 50 thousand euros: contribution of 2 thousand euros with scrapping, or a thousand euros without scrapping. It adds up to the 2 thousand or one thousand euro discount applied by the concessionaire and the 2 thousand 500 or 1,500 euro previously provided (respectively, with or without scrapping). Result: 6 thousand 500 euros with scrapping, 3 thousand 500 euros without scrapping.
- Auto Euro 6, with emissions from 61 to 110 g / km and maximum cost of 40 thousand euros (from the manufacturer’s price list): contribution of 1500 euros with scrapping or 750 euros without scrapping, to which are added the 2 thousand or thousand euros discount of the dealer. There was no previous concession for this category, therefore the total benefit is 3 thousand 500 euros with scrapping and 1750 euros without scrapping.
As said, we must wait for i implementing decrees, which may contain improved conditions.
- Per electric or hybrid motorcycles and scooters lin 2020 the eco-bonus rises to 4 thousand euros in the event of the scrapping of an old two-wheeler. Incentive even without scrapping, but up to 3 thousand euros
Meanwhile, the auto market remains in intensive care with numbers to say the least worrying in the wake of the covid emergency that tell of an unprecedented meltdown with the Government that in these hours according to some press rumors, it would be ready to expand the treasure available to try to give some oxygen to a sector in great pain. The unknown is always the same: where to find new resources?
