eco – PSG makes its entry into the Forbes ranking of the 50 most valued sports franchises in the world

With an estimated value of 2.5 billion euros, Paris Saint-Germain makes its entry into the top 50 most valued sports franchises in the world according to Forbes. Franchise having experienced the most beautiful evolution for five years in the standings, PSG comes to be tied for 43rd place with the Kansas City Chiefs (NFL) and the Houston Rockets (NBA).

In a press release, Nasser al-Khelaïfi, the Parisian president was happy with the recognition towards his club: “We can be proud to have raised Paris Saint-Germain among the most valued sports franchises in the world. While we are satisfied with the progress made, we remain focused on our future goals. We are working on many projects over the next few years, on and off the field, which will consolidate and strengthen the strength of our institution and our brand for generations to come.».

The standings are dominated this year once again by the Dallas Cowboys (NFL), followed by the New York Yankees (MLB) and the Knicks (NBA). On the football side, the French club is ninth, ahead of Barça (4th), Real (5th), Bayern (10th), Manchester United (11th), Liverpool (12th), Manchester City (tied for 13th), Chelsea (25th tied) and Arsenal (38th).
