The “E& Group” announced the successful completion of the fourth batch of the Artificial Intelligence Graduate Program, which aims to invest in the next generation of future leaders in the UAE by developing the capabilities of program members and developing their knowledge of emerging technologies and leadership skills, to enable them to lead the digital future of the country.
Ali Al-Mansoori, Chief Human Resources Officer at E&M, welcomed the 66 graduates of the fourth batch of the AI program, noting the company’s enthusiasm for providing them with unique opportunities to gain hands-on experience, and said, “ We are thrilled to have a new group of talented graduates join the ranks of The Artificial Intelligence Program, which embodies one of the company’s priorities to prepare future digital leaders and experts and equip them with adequate skills to stay ahead of the rapid changes in the world. technological work environment. There is no question that the Artificial Intelligence Graduate Program forms a solid cornerstone in the career path of program participants.”
Recent graduates have the opportunity to work on vital projects and benefit from real-life use cases that provide the next generation of leaders with real-life learning experiences that will define their career paths and lead them to desired success.
The year 2022 saw the graduation of 82 participants in the AI programme, which launched in 2021. Candidates from this group were selected through ‘Hackathon’ and ‘Thinkathon’ assessments, during which they were subjected to a series of tests to motivate them to innovate and deliver solutions to a range of challenges in the business environment.
These graduates will embark on a nine-month educational journey divided into three phases: understanding data science and analytics, delving into leadership skills such as communication, decision-making and emotional intelligence, learning AI for business leaders, and developing leadership skills positions.
The program is designed to combine leadership skills with specialized technical certifications in partnership with educational bodies such as (Udacity), (Alliance), (Harvard Business Review), (MIT), (LinkedIn), and (Udemy), and each graduate receives a personal development plan Along with regular mentorship, training and surveys.
The objectives of this program are in line with the memorandum of understanding that the company recently concluded with the UAE National Competitiveness Council (NAFES), which aims to recruit and empower more than 500 Emirati professionals in the fields of sales, service customers, technology, and information technology within five years.
