After two years without any point practice, he did a good job. “Of course, I was happy to be able to play for 90 minutes. My first assignment, unfortunately, after two years, it was too late for myself. That it was my birthday, but all the better,” said Boss about his premiere.
Boss saw the course of the game as “a symbol of the season. We played very confidently in the first half, deservedly led 2-0 in the second half and then let it go again. Maybe there was tension a bit missing. “
From the start, he saw superior Dresdeners. Dynamo played well, courageously, let the ball go, but missed the consequence at the front.
Before Marco Terrazzino headed the 1-0 (23rd) after a cross from Godsway Donyoh, the SGD had to be in the lead long ago and would have had to extend the lead afterwards.
In between, Boss parried great (29th) against David Blacha – Osnabrück’s only good chance up to the 76th minute.
Patrick Schmidt got the 2-0 (59th) after a fine counterattack, everything seemed clear. But after that the SGD became reckless. First Anas Ouahim (76.) hit completely free, then Niklas Schmidt sank a free kick from 18 meters worth seeing (81.). Boss had no chance both times.

But what’s next with him? “A decision has not yet been made. But you have to say very clearly how the past two years have been. It was not satisfactory for me. Anyone can imagine that. It must go on positively for me,” he admits frankly and honestly.
He does not rule out a change: “No conversation has yet been held with Dynamo. That’s why you have to be sensible from a player’s point of view and look around.”
