Dua Lipa presents her new single “Love again” from the album “Future nostalgia”

Dua Lipa releases her new single “Love Again”. Featuring a sampling of White Town’s’ 90s cult classic “Your Woman”, “Love Again” is the latest single from the BRIT and Grammy Award-winning Platinum album, “Future Nostalgia,” which was also the Most-streamed album on Spotify in 2020 and includes the singles ‘Don’t Start Now’, ‘Physical’, ‘Break My Heart’ and ‘Levitating’.

The video for ‘Love Again’ shows the superstar in a surreal Wild West. In full cowgirl mood, Dua is seen riding mechanical bulls and doing the typical cowboy line dance between clown cowboys at a real disco rodeo.

“Love Again” was written by Dua with Clarence Coffee Jr., Chelcee Grimes and their producer Koz, with additional production by Stuart Price.

The song, now single, was also mentioned by Dua as his Future Nostalgia favorite. So much so that the behind the scenes and the production of it can be seen in the second season of the Netflix series Song Exploder, which shares the creative process of several global stars. There you can learn how the artist and her team came to compose this dance-pop song with a characteristic classic sound that, lyrically, explores the heartbreak and personal growth of Dua, who falls in love again after a breakup.

Since the release of her first single in 2015, Lipa became one of the most important young artists in the world. Her self-titled debut album eclipsed 6 million sales worldwide, with more than 80 million sales in singles and with the video for her hit “New Rules” (“the song that changed my life,” she says) that turned her into the youngest female artist to reach 1.5 billion views on YouTube. Dua made history at the BRIT Awards in 2018 by earning five nominations and two awards: Newcomer British Artist and British Female Solo Artist. He then received two Grammy Awards for Best New Artist and Best Dance Recording for “Electricity,” in collaboration with Silk City.

In late 2019, Dua performed her international hit ‘Don’t Start Now’ at the MTV EMA, ARIA and AMA ceremonies, anticipating her most recent album, “Future Nostalgia”. His second album was released in March 2020 and exceeded 294 million views in its first week. Today, it has already exceeded 4 million in sales worldwide, 6,000 million views on Spotify with all its songs and has been certified Platinum in the United Kingdom. It was the most-streamed album on Spotify in 2020 and with more than 5 billion streams it made Dua the first female artist with two albums with that record in Spotify history.

In November 2020 Dua held a livestream event called ‘Studio 2054’, which broke the sales record after attracting millions of viewers around the world. “Future Nostalgia” was nominated for 6 Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year and Best Pop Performance. It also won “Best Female Solo Artist” and “Album of the Year” at the 2021 BRIT Awards, this being its fifth award. His performance at the 2021 Grammys is currently his most viewed video in 24 hours, with more than 10 million views and breaking the record for ‘Dont Start Now’.

Dua is the most listened to British artist on Spotify worldwide and the most listened to female artist on the platform. Future Nostalgia is officially the UK’s top-selling album of 2021, after spending 37 weeks in the Top 10 since its release and being the female artist to have 3 tracks in the Top 10 since 1955. Dua recently performed at the Aids Foundation Elton John’s Oscar Party, helping raise $ 3 million as part of the Radio One Live Lounge.
