Modder Zombie2358 has released a Definitive Edition mod for DRIV3R that will appeal to anyone who wants to replay this classic.
DRIV3R Definitive Edition fixes many issues that were specific to the PC version. In addition, it has new HD textures and improved draw distance for some objects. It also includes a number of UI improvements, as well as fixes for interiors, EAX, and graphics layers.
In future versions, the modder plans to improve the LOD in the game and fully implement police boats. In addition, Zombie2358 plans to add HD vehicle interiors.
