Yesterday, Guy Beahm’s channel, as he really is called, suddenly went black on black. And according to multiple sources of Kotaku, this is permanent. This is further confirmed by journalist Rod “Slasher” “Breslau and streamer Shannon” “ShannonZKiller” “Plante, who learned the same from their contacts.
Initially it was thought that the ban was the result of a DMCA claim, as this has caused problems more recently. But that does not seem to be the case. We do not know for sure, however, because Twitch once asked only gives a generic answer with which it says that it punishes violations of the rules in accordance with the processes. We cannot tell from this which rule (s) have been violated and which of the docs has become fatal to many regions. However, it is almost certain that the ban is permanent. Guy is also removed as a partner, something that normally does not happen with a temporary ban. On top of that, viewers of the channel who have subscribed get their money back, but they lose the emotes they got with it.
