Hani Al-Nazer, a consultant dermatologist and former head of the National Council for Research, commented on a parliamentary warning about the damage of liquid soap that may affect women with skin diseases that may lead to skin cancer.

The beholder said, during a telephone conversation with the “Al-Masry Effendi” program, broadcast on the “Cairo and the People” channel, today, Sunday, that this statement is not correct, and liquid soap does not cause skin cancer.

A consultant dermatologist and former head of the National Council for Research stated that there are side effects for women using liquid soap, including objective sensitivity in the skin, and the appearance of very painful skin infections, as well as bloody cracks in the skin, which results in frequent bacteria and fungi that cause pus.

The beholder warned of a disease called “Set El Bayt”, explaining that this disease affects women who use liquid soap to wash dishes or clothes, noting that they must wear gloves to protect their hands.

It is noteworthy that Representative Mohamed Al-Masoud, member of the Parliamentary Committee of the Future National Party, submitted a request for briefing to the Prime Minister and the Ministers of Health and Supply, regarding the proliferation of industrial detergent factories that do not comply with the standard specifications and their adulterated products causing health damages.
