Food on store shelves in Auchan, Lidl, Biedronka or Żabka is not suitable for eating. This was confirmed by the latest research of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, which immediately ordered the removal of these products from store shelves and sent a warning to customers. They absolutely must not be eaten and must be disposed of, because they can be very harmful, especially food intended for children. Bacteria, mold and even glass have been detected in popular products. We’ve gathered up-to-date GIS alerts in one place. Chief Sanitary Inspector issued new urgent decisions to withdraw food from stores. The results of the checks have been made public in the current report and are immediately enforceable. The recalled items were mainly food, drinks and stimulants.
