Today is the divorce court Ari Wibowo and Inge Anugerah held again at the South Jakarta District Court. Today, Inge Anugrah had the opportunity to answer Ari Wibowo’s statement.
However, in this hearing, Inge Anugrah and Ari Wibowo were both absent. Inge Anugrah in her answer denied several things alleged by Ari Wibowo, such as the issue of extramarital affairs.
“So today’s hearing from our side conveyed duplication and answers, and evidence. In the duplication that we submitted and Ari’s party conveyed several household issues that were circulating we denied, for example related to third party issues,” said lawyer Inge Anugerah, Thomas Ola Lamaroang at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (17/7/2023).
Regarding the issue of third parties, Inge Anugrah denied this firmly. They called Inge Anugrah loyal to Ari Wibowo.
“We deny that there is no such thing in our duplic answer, to this day Mrs. Inge has never had a third party. She remains loyal to Pak Ari and looks after her two children,” he said.
In his proof, Inge Anugrah also conveyed several things, such as a prenuptial agreement. Including the matter of jointly owned companies.
“And in submitting the evidence we also convey a number of related matters, for example there is indeed a prenuptial agreement and it seems that Pak Ari and Mrs Inge also have a company, PT Anugrah Raharja Indo Global. The PT is indeed the director of Mrs Inge, but so far Pak Ari has been running it. ,” he explained.
However, Inge Anugrah’s attorney said that he did not know the details whether the company was operating or not. Although Inge Anugrah served as director, Ari Wibowo was in charge.
“So far, we really have a PT. Whether this PT is alive or not, we also don’t know, because it is Mr. Ari who is running it. Even though legally Mrs. Inge is the director. We also convey this to ask that Mrs. Inge may be given attention regarding this matter,” he said.
Inge Anugrah Also Wants Child Custody
Apart from that, Inge also applied for child custody. Inge Grace is feeling Ari Wibowo will not have time to take care of their children.
“When it comes to custody of our children as the defendant and as the mother of two children, we are still asking for custody of Ms. Inge. Although we are still opening up opportunities in the custody court, the plaintiff and the defendant can (take care of together) because their children are both, So we really give that possibility,” said attorney Inge Anugrah.
Inge Anugrah feels that all this time she has been able to take care of and care for her children. Inge Anugrah, when she married and had children, decided to become a housewife.
“Our request regarding custody of Mrs. Inge is because all this time Mrs. Inge has been looking after all her children, both from morning to night. Mrs. Inge continues to drive to school, responsibilities at school, all Mrs. Inge,” he said.
“If Mr. Ari himself why can’t it be like that because he lives from 13.00 WIB until 03.00 WIB at dawn right outside. So if we give custody responsibility to the plaintiff, the defendant is worried that his child will not be looked after, psychologically too,” said attorney Inge Anugrah.
