Today (1 Dec. 2023) BAAC transfers assistance money to farmers, 1,000 baht per rai, up to a maximum of 20 rai or not more than 20,000 baht, according to government policy. To help rice farmers have income and liquidity for spending. Including quality development Rice production can be sold at a higher price through a project to support management costs and develop product quality for rice farmers, production year 2023/24.

Provinces that received assistance money for farmers of 1,000 baht per rai on December 1, 2023 are rice farmers in the eastern region, totaling 5 provinces, with an amount of 9,277 million baht, totaling 777,000 households, including:

• Chaiyaphum
• Nakhon Ratchasima
• Buriram
• Surin
• Yasothon
